seeking to fill a vacuum by assisting Canadians to exercise "Informed Consent" in choosing Cannabis/Marijuana as medicine to treat their illness and/or symptoms.
We seek to help our members firstly by providing the medicine of their choice while at the same time assisting members to obtain the Health Canada permits to possess and grow Cannabis or have their Cannabis grown by others.
It has been 7 years since the society was originally founded in 2004 and we are happy to say we will exceed 300 members this year. Unfortunately the expanded membership and increased consumption is taxing our ability to keep contracted supply in stock and are using outside sources at higher prices, till our next contracted resource supply comes in. We appreciate your patience.

The end of March 2011 brought us to the end of our 7th year of operation, and with that our membership will exceed 300 strong this next year.
We have had our yearly directors meeting in the last couple weeks, and we will be voting in a couple more directors to replace a couple that have moved on. We thought the position of Secretary was filled but due to personal circumstances that person has declined the position. Previous President, Aaron Bott has agreed to continue as president after taking a sabbatical. So now the Secretary and the Public Relations/Fundraising Directors positions are still open for nominations. We have brought on board a "member at large" who will be handling member discrepencies, questions and compliments. You can contact him at beefsandbouquets@macros.ca

Please, we ask you for your patience, as we transition to a full fledged dispensary, from an in home run society to a storefront sign up office and community education platform to an alternative natural choice treatment dispensary. With a growing number of members and and increased resource consumption, acquisition of supply has been a difficult requirement to fulfill along with deliveries, member sign up, and community education. As well, health issues continue to plague us at times and if our voices and choice of words seem insensitive, it is just a reflection of the pain and symptom discomfort experienced at the time.
Please call 1 day ahead for appointments and deliveries to be arranged. Presently, either I, Bob Cyre (founding director) or Janice Cyre (founding director)will be fielding and returning calls or messages on a daily basis
